The user has the option of registering on the provider's website. The registration and use of KI-Generators.com's AI chatbots and AI generators are subject to a charge. The user agreement becomes effective upon registration.

§5 Services and Prices
The specific services and prices can be found on the KI-Generators.com website and apply for the duration of the contract term.

§6 Payment Terms
Payment is made by bank transfer or PayPal. The user is obligated to pay the agreed prices.

§7 User Obligations
The user undertakes to use KI-Generators.com's AI chatbots and AI generators for legal purposes only.

§8 Warranty
The provider guarantees an availability of its website and services of 98% within the annual average.

§9 Limitations of Liability
The liability of the provider is limited to intent and gross negligence.

§10 Termination of Contract
The contract term corresponds to the purchased term. The contract automatically ends at the end of this term and will not be extended automatically.

§11 Data Protection Provisions
The provider commits itself to comply with all legal data protection regulations and to safeguard data confidentiality.

§12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
German law applies. The jurisdiction is Göppingen.

§13 Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions become wholly or partially ineffective or void, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
